Financial Outlay Of Malta Residency Citizenship By Investment Programme

You can apply for the Malta residency and obtain you permanent residence permit through an investment in Maltase government bonds of €250,000 to be retained for five years.

You are also required to maintain a residence address in Malta for a period of 5 years either through the purchase of a property with a minimum value of €270,000 or through leasing of a property with minimum annual rent of €10,000.

A non-refundable government contribution of €30,000 is also paid to ID Malta for the due diligence process.

Timeline Of Malta Residency Citizenship Application

1st - 2nd Month

    After signing the Terranova Global Service agreement we will begin your application and run initial internal due diligence check on your file.

    The Terranova Global compliance team will do a full review on all your prepared documents to make sure a smooth and fast application process.

    After a secondary review by Terranova Global’s Director of Operations, the application will be ready to submit to the Government Authorities of Malta.

    Once your application for The Maltase residence program is formally submitted to the Maltese Government, the due diligence process will begin.

3rd-5th Month

    Once the due diligence has been completed Identity Malta Visa Agency will issue a letter of approval

    We will arrange the transfer of the contribution fee and purchase of government bonds
