Timeline Of Antiqua & Barbuda Citizenship Application
After signing the Terranova Global Service agreement we will start preparing your application
Terranova Global will run initial internal due diligence check on your application
Investment type will be finalized, and The Terranova Global compliance team will do a full review on all your prepared documents to ensure a smooth application process
After a secondary review by Terranova Global’s Director of Operations, the application will be ready to submit to the Government Authorities of Antigua & Barbuda and at this point 10% of Government fees as well as full due diligence fee is required. If real estate is being purchased 10% of purchase price is paid to an Escrow account
The application is reviewed by the CIU, Citizenship Investment Unit, in Antigua and Barbuda. A due diligence check on the main applicant will be done. Following a successful outcome, a letter of approval will be issued. Once this is received, the remaining 90% of fees will be paid. If real estate is being purchased the 90% of the purchase price will be required.
Once payments have been made, Citizenship Certificates are prepared and applications for Antigua and Barbuda passports are submitted by Terranova Global’s local team in Antigua and Barbuda
