You can apply for the Malta residency and obtain you permanent residence permit through an investment in Maltase government bonds of €250,000 to be retained for five years.
You are also required to maintain a residence address in Malta for a period of 5 years either through the purchase of a property with a minimum value of €270,000 or through leasing of a property with minimum annual rent of €10,000.
