1st–2nd Month

    Signing of the Terranova Global Service

The St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program allows individuals and their families to attain citizenship in one of two ways: either through a financial contribution the Sustainable Growth Fund or by investing in a Government approved real estate project.
Currently the contribution amount for a single applicant is $150,000 which is made to the Sustainable Growth Fund whereas the real estate purchase in a government approved project will be $200,000.
Anyone who is over 18 years old in good health and has no criminal record can apply for St Kitts and Nevis citizenship and passport.
The amount of money donated to the Sustainable Growth Fund is non-refundable whereas the real estate you purchase is yours and can be sold after 5 years which means you will take your investment back.
Yes, all of your legitimate dependents are allowed to be included in your citizenship application. There may be additional costs depending on their ages. Furthermore, there is no limitation on the number of dependents that can be included in your application.
The St Kitts and Nevis passport will allow visa free travel to over 130 countries. This list includes important destinations such as the European Schengen zone, UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.
This is not a requirement for applying to the citizenship program. However, if you wish you can live, work or study in St Kitts as a citizen.
Once your application package has been submitted to the Citizenship Investment Unit in St Kitts it will take up to 4 months for the completion of the due diligence process and issuance of your new passport.
